cool concept and artwork

But the controls are pretty bad, I had a lot of trouble timing my jumps mostly I fell off edges before I could jump because I thought I had more room.
This made it unenjoyable for me which is a shame because I liked the rest.

has potential

the courtyard was just too irritating for me too much waiting timing jumps and jumping into the unknown.

Also you should be able to aim straight up and weapon powerups are a must in these kind of games.

Other than that it had a good vibe to it controls where fluent and the mario/nintendo theme is awesome so I say it has potential, but it's not a great game just yet.

I liked it

fun little timewaster, two little things I noticed:

1. The fact that the red lights blink is making it harder because you can't tell if you just moved outside of the "connect zone" or if it's just blinking. You might think "well that makes it more challenging" but it makes you feel like you dont exactly know what you're doing, which is always a bad thing.

2. my Penalty points just kept stacking up. After a while I had 100 points penalty after every level, even replaying level 1 without making a mistake.

Other than that I think it was great, creating a playful and creative environment with a stylish atmosphere.

Jah Bless

looks pretty good

but I cant play it since it seems to be "lagging" all the time dont know what the problem is but it just seems to get stuck for a moment every half a second.
Also i dont like it when powerups are temporary, it should go from single to double to triple fire, not single to double to single...

Very good concept, a sequel would kick ass.

I like how much stronger you get with the upgrades, but the enemies cant keep up after a while. Different characters (mage/fighter) and defensive turrets would be awesome, also stronger enemies and different types would keep it interesting.
It would be a lot of work in both design and balancing but I think it has a lot of potential.
There is one flaw in the game design though, it pays off to just let a couple of enemies through and let some allies get killed so you dont win too fast and get some extra kills in.

Cool game

I like the concept very much, very original. But it just felt very slow, everything seemed to move in slow motion, and the doors just took unnessecerily long to open and close. I really liked the graphics in this but just speed things up and this would be perfect.. maybe a speed adjustment meter? That would be awesome.

Meh...

Gameplay doesn't feel right, ground would be good and you aim by seing where your arrows go (because you dont really shoot where you point) but when you change direction you stop firing so aiming becomes a hassle.

Great game except healing is too expensive

Awesome look & feel, I like the upgrades, but the cost of healing grows way faster than your income, so healing becomes inafordable (really fast). I reached a point where I killed the whole screen, collected a shitload of "money" only to find out I could afford one insignificant heal. At that point healing is just no longer relevant which is a shame.

cool game

but I cant play it because it makes me too nervous when the impending doom catches up to me. this is because the environment slows you down so much i'm franticly jumping all the time and everything I hit is another shot on the nerves.
Cool looks but in the end too nervwrecking.
If basic landscape features such as hills wouldn't slow me down as much it would be a lot more fun.

Great game if only the controls would work

I'm on a mac maybe that has something to do with it but in the second city (top route) suddenly I couldn't move anymore which made me lose and pissed me off it looked like I got stuck in the top corner or something.
Also it would be better if you could interrupt reloading by switching to chainsaw, because reloading is automatic and it was frustrating when I tried to switch and nothing happened, also sometimes when I clicked with chainsaw nothing happened.
If it wasnt for the controls malfunctioning and being frustrating this would be a 10 for sure.
